Maintains strong asset quality through periodic review of dealer financial information including audit reports and strategy changes. <p>RESPONSIBILITIES: Summary:</p>
<p>Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Senior Manager responsible for strategy within the Marketing Department. Functional responsibilities include leading strategy development and implementation, including Brand Management, Market Research, Channel and CRM Strategies. Practical Product Management experience within the auto finance sector is a plus. The candidate will apply research and analysis, as well as job experience to identify, develop and implement strategic initiatives. She/he will guide the department to set benchmarks and evaluate performance of the marketing initiatives. She/he will use analytical frameworks to resolve thought-provoking business problems and bring value to HCA’s dealer, manufacturer and end-consumer stakeholders.</p>
<p>Oversee marketing team consisting of 6+ people.<br />
Lead the development, coordination and implementation of the marketing strategy for products and programs in conjunction with the department and field sales.<br />
Identify opportunities within channels to accelerate growth and improve profitability (market potential, business case development, and financial impact).<br />
Lead Brand management, developing brand guidelines and ensuring adherence across the organization.</p>
<p>Develop key messaging and positioning to ensure correct VOC and tone of customer is leveraged across marketing communications.</p>
<p>Lead the evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing enhancements and initiatives. Determine gaps, make decisions on strategic direction and changes.</p>
<p>Lead the execution of in-depth internal and external (competitive) research and analysis to improve campaign performance and to modify/develop new products, programs and tools.</p>
<p>Develop and implement marketing programs and champion/challenger testing to improve retail product features and functionality and overall performance.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS: • Strategic and creative thinker with a sense of urgency.<br />
• Excellent Marketing strategy, brand development, and channel management skills.<br />
• Strong project management, technical, analytical, written and oral communication skills required.<br />
• Ability to lead a team, and work cross &#8211; functionally with other team leaders on key strategic projects and initiatives<br />
• 7+ years of progressive marketing responsibility within the consumer finance industry or consumer product is required. Auto finance experience is a plus.<br />
EDUCATION: Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.<br />
COMPENSATION:<br />
A competitive base salary is offered with this position and a bonus targeted at 22%. The bonus can go higher based both on individual and company performance. Full employee benefits are provided including participation in their vehicle program.</p>

<p>RESPONSIBILITIES: Summary:</p>
<p>The Collections Management Department Head will develop strategies related to HCA’s Collections groups (Collections, Recovery/Bankruptcy, Remarketing) focusing on changes designed to improve the overall effectiveness of collections and the efficient use of resources. The Collections Management Department Head (CMDH) will analyze current HCA processes to evaluate against best practices to become an industry leader in the Collections discipline. The Collections Management Department Head will drive change in the organization based on an assessment of the changing needs of our collection activities. The CMDH will act as a check and balance to collection activities supporting performance analytics, compliance and related reporting.</p>
<p>Essential Duties:</p>
<p>• Develop overall collections vision to drive HCA corporate goals and objectives. Define needed modifications to the call center structure to meet the needs of strategic changes. Work with the Operations team to implement change and monitor results making recommendations for change as needed.<br />
• Design CBS collections contact strategies to improve collection results. Work with the Operations team to implement and monitor changes.<br />
• Define collection reporting needs. Develop appropriate targets and goals to drive collections, recovery, and remarketing strategies. Monitor and enact changes as appropriate.<br />
• Manage the GCS vendor relationship. Develop strategies with Risk around Behavioral Scoring and Dialer to maximize collections. Monitor all recovery vendor strategies to ensure optimum results.<br />
• Analyze new technologies. Report back with recommendations regarding Best Practices, Collections technology and strategy. Partner with Operations to prepare benchmarking analyses.<br />
• Analyze KPI’s and API’s and determine whether these metrics drive the appropriate collector behaviors. Prepare CAPE models to determine what levels of headcount are required.<br />
• Monitor the activities of the Call Monitoring and Quality Assurance teams ensuring compliance to all HCA policies and procedures.<br />
• Monitor the activities of the Dialer team and the Workforce Management team ensuring that resources are properly assigned to the collections teams as needed to meet group objectives.<br />
• Monitor all Collections budgets to ensure appropriate management of headcount and expenses.<br />

<p>QUALIFICATIONS: Regarding experience the successful candidate will have:<br />
• Candidate will have ten or more years of relevant experience in a call center environment with emphasis on project planning, strategic analysis and call center management. Candidate will have experience with all call center technology including Dialer, IVR, Call Monitoring, Workforce Management, and other Collections-related software.</p>
